What does work is creating a healthy diet and lifestyle that sustains you and keeps you to your ideal weight.
Mostly it is common sense but that doesn't make it any easier. I think it takes six weeks to change one habit for another so I recommend you go into this looking at settling on it for six weeks and then reviewing where you are. If you do look and feel better then maybe this is what is going to work for you for the rest of your life.
So what you will find on this in subsequent posts is a common-sense approach for weight loss and more importantly weight management.
As a vegetarian most of my advice is given with that in might but it is equally valid for non-veggies.
